I was suggested, by a guy in a gaming group, im in on FB, to come here and get some advice, because there are lots of informed people here. That being said, I hope this im posting this, in the right place. I am going to be building my first gaming PC after years of wanting to try it. I have choosen my parts, from PC parts picker and I would like some input on my choices. I am trying to keep, a price range, of about 1000 dollars. I do know I am going to go over that some. Here is what I have so far. The graphics card is going to be a 1080 purchased from a a fellow FB group member or if that fails, from a local person.

I am completely out of my element here, so any help is much appreciated.

That's some expensive motherboard, $140 for a B450? No way, any $90 will do the same

Nice list, btw, you can get cheaper Windows licenses (I usually get mine for $5) in other pages, just do some research

What mobo, would you suggest?

Do you not already have a monitor? If not you will have to factor that in to the price.  You can get 1080p @ 144Hz for under $200.
