I wonder if the back and top fans are choking the CPU cooler. Try removing and/or reversing the top fan.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

I would bet on that. If anything, the only decent airflow going through the heatsink is going to be from the gpu's hot air rising

Doubt it, I had R5 1600 running overclocked on a stock fan with x3 exhaust fans running next to it (x2 top and 1 rear), and temps were absolutely fine under gaming loads staying in mid-high 60s.

Could you have maybe over-tightened the cooler or maybe not tightened it enough?

Have you checked the thermal paste? Maybe it was completely dry and needs to be replaced.

I will check the cooler tomorrow if its tight or not but as far as thermal paste goes that should not be an issue maybe. Because i got the CPU about 8 months ago but the temps ware always on the high
today i changed the case because i thought i was not getting good air flow on the last it was to small for these components and the gpu temps did go lower now but the cpu stayed more or less the same i will try all those things tomorrow and see what helps if not il even change thermal paste or worst case get a new aftermarket cooler maybe ?
