Hello I bought a Vega 56 pulse and it really underperforms. I install it and it only reaches 1200mhz core clocks and when the temperature goes over 55C the fans spin like crazy please help. I have the latest drivers

Go into AMD wattman and adjust your fan settings.

What resolution are you running at? what games are you playing?

Massive bottleneck get a quad core CPU, that will fix the problem.

1080p Witcher on high I get 50fps and mhw on high I get 40fps . I have an i3 6100 but it can't do some much bottleneck because my brother has an rx 580 with i3 6100 and he gets 75fps on witcher

Check and compare the settings manually.

Its possible that its not the same.

Maybe get your Card and put it in his rig?

The thing that it does which it doesn't reach full MHz and goes crazy when over 55C?

Does changing the fan curve void warranty? Because it goes to 50% speed when the GPU reaches 55C

Fan curve doesn't void warranty its impossible for them to tell same goes for overclocking, also that's normal the GPU fans won't spin until it reaches 50-60c. All my GPUs fans spin at 60c
