How To Disassemble Radeon X1900 XTX Fan

Ok guys I figured it out. That tiny white disc in the last picture in the OP is a plastic washer. I gently removed it by pushing a thin blade underneath it's edge, and the fan blade just slid out, exposing the motor and where I need to clean etc.

Hey guys I could use some help and haven't found anything on Google. I want to apply some new grease inside the fan motor on this GPU but I don't see any obvious ways to get to it. Take a look at the attached.

 

Can anyone please advise?
