ok so when i turn my computer on it gets to the windows 7 startup bit before the animation and it sits there for 5 seconds or so and then the rest is very fast i have re-installed windows and the same issue it gets even worse when i installed razor comms . by the way it is on a samsung 840 pro any ideas it not that bad but some times annoying

You haven't been defragmenting the SSD have you? If you do that you ware out your SSD very quickly; you should only be trimming it.

 

Also, see if you can start in safe mode and if it boots, it could be a virus.

try a benchmarking test on your ssd with AS SSD Bench and post a screenshot of the results you get.

Check out your system startup, uncheck things that dont need to be on

Check for malware on the system

 

That hang is Windows starting up services and getting it ready for boot.

i dont a test and im getting 535MB read and 320 wright so it all good

nope haven't been defraying it all way disable it

i have reinstaled windows and it still dose it it not that bad and when i first built the computer it didn't do it i think

How long is your total boot time?
