I don't think there is anything great at that price point, Might as well get a $20 Microsoft Lifechat and save up for something better. 

 

If you can find some random mic laying around the house you can use, a used Pioneer Se-a1000 would be miles better though.

For that price, get the one that makes your testicles look biggest. Because for that price, everything is suck. 
Unless you find a stand alone mic lying around, at which point SE-A1000.
