Arctic P12 120mm SP radiator fans - looking for your use opinions

Thoughts on these fans?  Anyone here use them?  I just bought a bulk pack of them for my Code Name Frankenstein (couldnt afford to go all Mag Lev - needed 8 static pressure fans) project for the closed loop dual GPU and CPU.

 

Sound is very important to me and the reviews I found, and the specs I found put these as some of the quietest SP fans on the market.  But are they...and are they functional while being quiet lol (I hope so they are in transit lol)

I hope to buy the some of the P120 version of those Arctic fans, they look absolutely beautiful.

 

Those fans are literally made for radiators so I doubt you'll be disappointed when you try them out.

Agreed - just caught them on sale in the 5 fan packs so took advantage of that.  Im hoping, from what I read things are good to go, but was hoping some users here may use them as well

Give me a few weeks and I'll have some for myself.  My current fans are perfectly fine (and RGB) so I can't just toss them out yet.

 

The new cooler I want - the Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo - has two of the Arctic P120 fans, should provide epic cooling performance, and visuals to boot.

Are there any reviews of it (comparing it to the older Arctic F33 eSports ONE)? I can't seem to find any good ones.

The Arctic Freezer 34 is less than three weeks old, so I'd imagine there are less than a handful of comprehensive reviews as of late, unfortunately.

 

I'd be up for doing one but I'm content with my Freezer 33 eSports One, and even a comparison since I would then have both coolers.

Yessir, I read a lot of good reviews, great to see this.  It was either spend $27 on their bulk pack...or get the same amount of fans in Mag Lev for $75+ (when the ratings on the Arctics are quieter at the exchange of a super high RPM for CFM.)

Honestly I was staring at my newegg shopping cart going...just press the buy button.  Mag Levs are worth it. 

 

I literally did one more search and found the single fan for sale @ 7 bucks each...then I searched wide open for that fan alone and was like...dat 5 pack! 

 

Glad to hear these positive use cases.  There wasn't a single review available on Newegg but I couldn't pass up the $27 lol

@Tristerin In terms of volume, when they ramp up to their 1500 RPM peak on mine they are noticeable, but given that the only time that happens is when I am benchmarking on my rig, it doesn't happen very often.  During normal usage the rarely get above 900 RPM which is virtually silent and I can actually hear my pumps over them as they ramp up way quicker than the fans.

Excellent to hear - my hope is to keep them at 16dBA or lower

A friend replaced all his Noctua NF-A14 with the new Arctic P14. he got a quieter setup that cools better. These fans are great.

I was going with either Noctua AFs, or Mag Levs...then it was just Mag Levs cause price...than I found these - so glad to hear this type of review!!!
