I am looking at getting the gma3000bst gameing prebiult any recommendations or suggestions for a prebiult in the 700-900$usd price range I'm also interested in getting an aio for the CPU but I don't know what one to choose I will link the best bu

and you really don't need an AIO, as that is only truly needed for overclocking (which still can be done on beefy air coolers)

Better get extra 8GB ram than an AIO.
