Bistable NE555P Timer Circuit

Hello,

I need to build a bistable clock circuit for my hobby computer, but the diagram I am looking at provided the wrong info, but I have already bought the ICs needed. Could someone link/create a diagram that is bistable, and uses the ICs listed below.
