Need help really badly

basically i recently just went from a pre built and now i just finished my own build yesterday and it was my first time and i think ive done everything correct installing drivers etc correct but im not to sure cause in every game i play my cpu usage is 90%-100% all the time and my gpu usage is just spiking like crazy going to 100%-50%   100-0% its never stable and i think thats is whats causing my games to stutter sooooo much and low frames and ive tried soo much stuff looking up and nothing works and everytime i install the new 19.1.2 driver i get the 1603 error i done everything they listed and nothing worked so please can someone help me. so now this is my final resort i hope someone can help

AMD RYZEN 3 2200G Processor 
Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 580 8GB Special Edition came clocked at 1430 mhz when i installed it (never overclocked)
ASRock B450M-HDV AM4 DDR4 mATX Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 
ADATA Ultimate 120GB SSD
Vs550w 80+

i have the hdmi plugged in the gpu

I smell a bottleneck. That isn’t really a good CPU/GPU match up. Alternatively, it may be running games on the IGpu instead

yeah thats what i was suspecting that it was on the igpu, so it was killing the cpu. but it is a bottleneck regardless.

how can i fix this cause im unable to get anything new ?

this is the gpu i got it has a 8 pin and a 6 pin and i do have both connected but should i sell this one and get 1 with just 1 pci cable needed ? would that kill the bottle neck

No that's not what the problem is. What you should try doing is changing graphics settings, high to low, and find out what games nake it a little easier on the CPU. A consistent 50 is better than a drop to 30.

i play all my games on the lowest settings possible at 1080p

crank it up, your GPU is probably able to draw so many frames but your target is only 60

ive tried every setting possible low medium high and custom same thing all the time 90%-100% cpu usage but gpu usage is never stable goes from 100 to 30 100 to 0 it random up down up down non stop

There is not much you can do other than a CPU upgrade to help with your bottlenecking issue.

well the ryzen 3 2200g can handle black ops 4 at smooth 60, so you need to try various settings to get it working. What else do you have open in the background

Online tests show that the 2200g can handle BO4 so something does actually seem wrong

thats why im asking i dont know nothing about pc when it comes to this

like right now im on the black ops 4 main menu and the cpu is at 50%-60% but the gpu usage is going crazy from 100 instantly down to 0 then 30 and repeats from high to 0 very quickly
