Delay icloud drive uploads.

Is there a way that I can defer icloud drive's uploads?

Most of the time I put my project folders on the desktop, but once they are being created, icloud immediately starts to upload all of the files onto icloud drive.

 

And it drives my CPU to 100%.

I want to delay those uploads, is there a way to do that?

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.
