Prebuilt PC + Graphics Card

I'm trying to find a good prebuilt PC that has at least an i5 quad core processor and 8gb of RAM that's compatible with an RX 460 or a GTX 750 Ti. I would prefer if it also included a wifi adapter and windows 10, but I can always get those separately. I've been searching for literal days, but i just keep running into compatibility issues. Can someone recommend me a good system that meets these requirements or at least point me in the right direction? My budget is $175.

But a used one or used parts. With that budget I wouldn't buy anything new. Craigslist and Ebay are great places to start.
