USA vs Huawei

Hi community,

Am I the only one that feels like the conflict going on between the USA and Huawei is some sort of those regular american crusades?
"China wants to destroy our country with mobile phones" has the same flare as McCarthyism if you ask me.
Because other than the US, there's no panic about the Huawei products. At least not in occidental Europe as far as I know. They offer great products for great prices and everyone likes it.

I think the US has a real paranoia problem.
