Problem with fans

I was building my new PC in your case SHARKOON NIGHT SHARK RGB. Everything is ok except the fact one of front fans doesn't work. When I turn on pc the fan spins short while then stops. Both of front fans I have connected to SYS_FAN1 on motherboard using Noctua 3-Pin Fans (NA-SYC2) splitter. Here is my whole setup with all fans:

Procesor: i7 9700k
Motherboard:MSI MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC
Memory: Kingston 16GB (2x8GB) 3333MHz CL16 HyperX Predator
Disk: Samsung M.2 970 EVO 250GB (3400/1500MB/s) V-NAND
PSU: Corsair RM1000i
AIO: Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ML240R RGB
Case: SHARKOON NIGHT SHARK RGB
Fan and motherboard connectors:
AIO_FAN1 - pump
CPU_FAN1 - 2x COOLER MASTER Masterfan 120R ARGB LED (on radiator)
SYS_FAN1 - 2x SHARK Blades RGB Fan ( splitter 3pin Noctua 3-Pin Fans (NA-SYC2))
SYS_FAN2 - 1x SHARK Blades RGB Fan 
SYS_FAN3 - 1x COOLER MASTER Masterfan 120R ARGB LED 
SYS_FAN4 - 1x COOLER MASTER Masterfan 120R ARGB LED 
SYS_FAN5 - 1x COOLER MASTER Masterfan 120R ARGB LED 

 

Any ideas why one of fans is not working? Please help.

Does the other fan connected to the splitter function correctly?

 

Try connecting the fan with the issue directly to the motherboard header and see if it works.  If it still doesn't spin then try connecting it to a different motherboard header.  This will tell you if it's a fan issue or MB header issue.

 

If that doesn't do it then RMA the fan if possible.
