Need help deciphering HDD error.

back up everything. your drive hasn't failed yet but a part of the drive in thins case sector 8 cant be read so its on its way out 

Pending sectors and off-line uncorrectable sectors usually mean that the drive is on its way out, move any important data off of the drive and be prepared for it to fail in the near future
