I'm having a double boot issue. New motherboard. Did not happen right away after setup but maybe a day or 2 later. Reinstalled windows and problem went away temporarily but then returned.  System shows bios screen and most of the time the blue windows logo then it just stops. The monitor is on but it appears to just lose any signal. Hit the reset button and it boots fine.Reset bios to default and problem still present. Currently oc'd cpu to 5Ghz on all cores at 3.8 volt and XMP enabled

My system is:

Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master motherboard bios version F8e

I7-9700K

Samsung 970 Pro 512 M.2 as windows drive

Samsung 970 Evo 2 Tb as gaming drive

2x 2 TB WD Black platter drives

32 gigs of Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 3200 mhz

EVGA GTX 1080 FTW

EVGA Supernova 850 G2 power supply

EVGA CLC 280 cpu cooler
