I found a couple tutorials, however they all involve using boot camp assistant to do so and I do not have the options displayed.

Here is a picture of my boot camp assistant when I open it and click on continue

Is there a way for me to create a windows 10 bootable usb drive on mac os, and yes how?

Bootcamp is designed to make a bootable Windows partition locally. This method is sortta a hack but I guess it works?

Then take it out and plug it back in when it asks what drive to put the ISO on?

What MacBook do you have? If you have one with a DVD-ROM drive, you may need to trick bootcamp to work: https://www.techrepublic.com/article/pro-tip-edit-boot-camp-to-install-windows-from-a-usb-flash-drive/

You cannot use Disk Utility or diskutils in terminal as it creates a UDF formatted USB.

Oh yes I think I came across this. In new new Macs you don't need a USB to install windows, just the ISO file, so you might not be able to use Bootcamp to create one.

To add to this I've had problems with the latest versions of 10 for some reason, I had to find a different version but I forget which I used.
