Ryzen 5 2400G and the GIGABYTE AB GA350 3

You may require a BIOS update on the motherboard before you can use your 2400G. Check with the store you buy it from whether or not it has been updated and is "Ryzen 2000 Ready".

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Yes, should work fine. Are you getting 1x8GB or 2x4GB? I would recommend a 2x4GB kit so you can run dual channel memory.
