Hi, I'm not sure where else to ask this. I'm having trouble creating a neat-looking part list like the one in this thread for example:

There it shows Type, Item and Price, so I figured I should use the first button that gives this code:

[PCPartPicker part list](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pFfvtg) / [Price breakdown by merchant](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pFfvtg/by_merchant/)

Type|Item|Price
:----|:----|:----

Yet when I do this nothing gets parsed.

I also tried the BBCode option, but it doesn't produce a table.

However when I copy/paste the table from someone's post on pcpartpicker forum it works.

What am I missing?

You have to populate it with parts first, then copy/paste the permalink and the forum will automagically change it. FYI, I just added random parts together.

No need for that. Just copy the permalink from PCPP, then paste it into the post.
