Asus ROG G771JW Problem

Hello every one i own a Asus ROG G771JW wih a built in GTX 960m 2g of vRam, Intel core i7 4720HQ and 10g of ram that wont stop stuttering in games even on very low setting's no mater what i do.

Up until now i have modded the BIOS two times. The first time was so i can remove the temp limiter on the CPU from 85c to 99c. 

The second time was so i can add a 512g nvme ssd as a boot drive. 

So my question is from what can this annoying stuttering be mind you that the laptop is 6 ears old and i have completely clean'd the computer and changed the thermal paste at least once every 8 to 10 months.

I have attached a file showing all the performance of the components that were recorded with HWiNFO64
