cannot get arma 3 to launch

i recently bought arma 3 on steam and i've been having so much trouble playing the game,when i press play i get greeted with this message

and then i get asked if i want to start the game without battleye,which is not ideal since i wanna play on official servers

i tried many troubleshooting steps,adding exceptions,adding permissions and i even went as far as to reinstall windows but nothing has worked so far(windows build 18317 windows insider preview)

I'm assuming you have already tried to run it as administrator using a shortcut? If not try reinstalling battleye, it could be something on that side of things.

Do you have multiple hard drives? Maybe its an issue with the current drive you are using.
