Big stutters in games!

Hi, I recently got a problem where my R6S and Fortnite stutters very hard. I get frame drops from 120 fps to 20-30 and its really annoying...

I know i have a little bottleneck but i dont know if that's the case

Please help how i can get rid of these freezes and frame drops!

Thats a huge bottleneck.. not a little.... Only way to fix it is to upgrade. The 3350p is a weak chip for games. The 1060 is feeding it info the CPU cant process.
