Which Cooler

Which water cooler that I can go with? But it should be silent and quite as I have seen some NZXT kraken series which have some noise after some particular usage? So, I am looking for the most quite 240 or 280 block for my 8600K processor.

the block nor the rad will make noise its whatever fan is on there that makes the noise,any good aio cooler would work pretty good something like from corsair,and you can always replace the fans with something more silent,but i think those corsair h100's are pretty silent tho anyways.

Pick a Corsair cooler that you like and change the fans to, Corsair Series ML120 Pro (Magnetic levitation)

The best and silent fan at the moment, in my opinion.
