You've probably screwed up your library folders.

 

Use Windows + R,  and type in regedit.exe.

Now navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders in the top area.

Now look at the entries that are called My Pictures, My Videos, etc., to their respective folders.

 

To do so, right click on the name, and click Modify.

Now change the location under Value Data to your preferred location.

Lastly, restart. You will need to move all of the files to the new location, but that should be it.
