Cinnecbench is out of the question. A Pentium 4 is only 32bit.

CPU requirements for best performance: Core i7-2600K/Ryzen 5 1600 or better.

System Memory for best performance: 8GB 1600mhz or better.

Well Crossout (think WoT but post apocolyptic) runs at 60fps with fair settings but there is some level of stuttering.[highly suprising]. Spintires Mudrunner runs around 40-50fps but stops stuttering after about 30 seconds of being fullscreen. BeamNG Drive(CPU reliant game) unplayable. It even called me out for having a 32bit cpu and 1 core cpu. Minecraft (also CPU reliant) faired not much better. And when I say unplayable I mean mouse cursor lag and 3fps or less.
