Windows 10 Audio Not Working

I updated my AMD drivers to the newest 19.1.1 version at first and that was when the audio cut out if im not mistaken. Then i updated windows , and installed the optional 19.1.2 version , still no audio. In sound devices it actually shows that its playing sound on whatever device i have it set to but no sound is coming to the headset. Tried updating all of the device drivers under "Sound" , no updates.

Help?

Computer is rendered useless by me if theres no sound especially if most i do is FPS gaming.

Ar your headsets the only sound outputs that you have, or do you have speakers as well?
