Pc bootloop not posting

I’ve got an i3-6100 in a h110-d3a motherboard and it won’t work - i restarted it yesterday and it wouldn’t boot, but it would get into the bios however now it will turn on as normal fans etc and then it won’t output then turn off, doing this in a loop, and nothing will change the result, I’ve reseated the cpu, changed the ram position , took it out, cleared the cmos, used a different PSu and nothing changes. What should we do?

I’ve tried but it doesn’t seem to be working there is no difference tried all configs/positions but doesn’t seem to be posting

Cpu without cooler doesn’t seem to be working either doesn’t produce heat.

You connected the CPU CONNECTOR to the Board?
