Slow performance

Hi, I have some issue for my computer. It goes very slow when I play video games, use photoshop, 3D model program and  I don't know why even when I use Word or I drag the google chrome on the side of the screen, everything go slow and lags and when the PC lags, the RGB keyboard lags too, everything lags... . I try too disable the power saving mode, all of them, but nothing change... sorry for my english but is not my first lenguage  this is the spec of the pc:
