When I play games on my gaming laptop me gpu clock speeds fluctuate a lot

For some reason  it's at 1750 but the  drops to 1680 then back to 1750 or 1790 then it hits 1810 then back to 1760.

Is there any fix for this? Btw the gpu is overclocked

Msi gl62m 7rex

I5 7300hq 

16gb ram

Gtx 1050 ti 2gb

That's normal, it's bouncing on the power limit like car engines on rev limiters.
