Depends on the parts as quality and name are a big factor. A good start would be around 500-600 usd. Could go bottom barrel and get some aliexpress stuff and spend half as much.

What do you think about thermaltake? They have fine kit with argb stuff:
https://www.thermaltake.com/Cooler/Liquid_Cooler_/LCS_Kits/C_00003393/Pacific_C360_DDC_Soft_Tube_Water_Cooling_Kit/fulldesign.htm

And I asked them and they said I can incorporate gpu cooling to it :) What do u think?

Should be fine. Not of fan of the looks but should get you the performance you want.

Just be sure to buy the same fittings as what tubing the kit uses when you add the gpu later.

I just found out that TT controller doesn't have normal 3-pin connector, so I will not be able to sync everything in Mystic Light software (bcs case fans from MB530P has normal 3-pin and I will not have slot where to connect it). So I decided to take EK stuff.  But they have just RGB stuff, not an ARGB :( is there any company like EK, but more into aRGB? Thank you

No idea. Don’t buy that kinda stuff. I buy my fans for performance on paper.

You mean is there a company that specializes in water cooling but has argb stuff? Don’t think there is one.

If you want to cut it all up, sure. Better off selling it and getting the correct stuff.

Nope, I bought all my stuff before that was offered. So haven’t really looked.

Thank you man, do you have any info about ARGB things by EKWB?

Barrow has rgb blocks now, not sure of the type. They don’t have their own fan series though, not that I’m aware of.

And what about copper loop? For how much I can get all-copper loop?

Not sure what you mean. Copper as is copper piping like old rigs or copper blocks? Because that’s the same as the original estimate. $500/600usd depending on part quality and manufacture.

And one guy told me:
A copper loop will be around $800-$1000 for a good one.

Well they mean the blocks. Like I said, it depends on the components themselves.
