Graphics card reccomendations?

hello forum

 

I'm running a intel i5 CPU with a AMD radeon 7600m series 2gb graphics card, along with 4gb x2 DDR3 Ram.

 

I recently started playing Planetside 2, and I'm only getting 30fps on medium graphics, what do i have to do to get a constant fps of 60? 

Is it an issue with software (wrong setting in game) ? 
 

OR

 

Is my graphics card lacking that oumph it needs ?

I think it's just that Planetside 2 is just plain unoptimised

 

so yes you will need a more powerful graphics

if it's a laptop you can't probably change the gpu
