Start downloading and it will tell you when you can start playing. I think its 20 or 25%.

Single player I assume. Like bf1. And you can’t play through most of it by the time you get the rest of it. But that depends on the graphics.

I just installed it last night off the Promo w// new RTX card.

 

I saw the same thing, ready at 20% or so, but waited till it was complete.   When you launch the game, there like a 15 minute intro and stuff to walk-through so that probably why it ready at 20% ,so you can do the intro while it installs
