CSGO VAC Problem

I dont even know sometimes it fixes it self sometime i have to reset my pc or just wait day or so...

I would really like to get help with this. :P

 

 

 

 

P.S. : I dont cheat i dont run any scripts and only program that is running at background is Msi Afterburner for Fps and general cpu and gpu Util % and NZXT CAM and i also did closed both programs and started csgo and same thing,also i tried to verify game integrity.

To fix this I verify integrity, then go to (Location of steam library)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe and run it, then restart my PC. That *usually* fixes it.
