Windows install problem.

Hey, I need to reinstall windows 10 as my pc has a problem, although i do not have a windows 10 home code or key and have no idea what it could be, but it says 'Windows is activated with a digital license linked to you microsoft acocunt', does this mean if i re install windows completely i need a code or i just sign in with my current microsoft account without a product key. 

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Thanks man, so if i uninstall my current windows and reinstall it again and use that microsoft acc it will give me Windows 10 home automatically?

It means that its activated with the login email you using now. No need to input the activation.

You can not activate Windows just by singing in the Microsoft account.

as long as you used the same motherboard, you can change the rest of the parts.
