Any recommended changes for this? I'd prefer to spend less on the cooler and psu.

That psu is a great deal for what it is and an 850 w at that efficiency is about worth that. Also you don’t necessarily need that cooler for that chip and can get like a $60 aio and call it a day. Oh... are you sold on that motherboard? Ones that are a lot cheaper and have better vrms are out there.

Already have the motherboard. Is there an aio you would recommend? I am planning on oc.

Unless you are going for record breaking or stressy stress, anything above a Cooler Master 212 / Cryorig H7 isn't necessary - especially for an i5. Get an air cooler under 40usd and use that savings towards a better SSD.

Get a Scythe Mugen 5, its U14s level. Or just get a U14s.

As for PSU, just a 1000W gold, thats fine for SLI, People put 4 vega 56s on a 1000W psu for mining and its alright.
