Ok, so after Christmas break ended, which was around January 7th, I stopped playing video games on my pc and just focused on school. However, with this three day weekend, I decided to start playing again, but I noticed it was not producing as many stable frames as it was before, especially when streaming on OBS. When streaming the game The Isle (a large open world game), OBS wouldn't even produce consecutive frames. It was just a still frame of the game and the cpu usage was at around .08%. Then, I streamed Rainbow Six Siege, a game in which I usually get upwards of 160 fps and around 150 when streaming, but this time, I was getting around 130 fps and 96 fps while streaming. Do you guys know what could be causing this? I changed nothing in my PC except I installed a new SSD and some fans.

hmmm, try cleaning out dust.

That's what I was thinking cause I haven't cleaned it since I built it, which was December 10th, but I didn't think dust would affect it that much. All my temps are low too, my gpu stays around 75 C and my cpu is 65 C

That CPU isn't great for streaming, your prior FPS sounds too good to be true to me. Try compare it to reviews to see if it is performing as expected.

Yea I know, but I did watch videos with my components and honestly my performance is a little lower. I am just confused why my performance dropped.
