Need game recommendations that can sustain a playable fps other than minesweeper. Steam recently announced that it will terminate it's support for windows xp by the end of December 2018. I do not consider myself as a dedicated gamer and have never played a triple A title before. One of my cousins is going to visit us from China and I want to know a few popular titles that I can run on my PC for a 10 year old. Currently the most popular PC game in China is a f2p  rpg game called "eating chicken". However my rig is a bit below the minimum requirements as depicted by the image below.

Thanks

Eating Chicken games, is similar to PUBG requirements which are fairly light.

You can run it decently in 4 Cores CPU, 8gb RAM and RX560 or GTX1050 GPU.

It will even run in a Ryzen 2400g, 720p @60fps. Without added GPU.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

Should I overclock my graphics card?

XP? Dual Core? 512MB? 2GB? whaaat...

Without not knowing the rest of the specs, i pretty certain your pc is in another decade.

Do you have any budget? You need a new PC that's for sure.

No overclocking would help that poor 512mb vga.

Well his PC is in another decade. OP mentioned it in their first post.

Anyway, is eating chicken free? If it is, try running it and go from there.

Hah, missed it. Sorry ?

But a late decade ago (first gen core-i) still doing great, all you need is a new gpu.

"eating chicken" is a broad term for pubg clones, i don't know which one op are talking about.

If you look at the bottom left corner (of the screenshot) it mentioned Ryzen 3 1200 (4 threads) as minimum requirements.

It is free but it requires direct x 11 to work instead of direct x 9.0c.

Your pc surely can't deliver the minimum, no GPU at that era have 512mb vram.

Below are my recommended specs to run the game:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Athlon 200GE 3.2 GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($50.79 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($64.99 @ Newegg)

Eating chicken is a phenomenal Chinese made RPG game both on pc and mobile phone(maybe). The premise of the game is to be the sole surviver out of 100 players in a ever shrinking circle of death. The players can forage weapons and supplies inside abandoned houses. If you want to try out this game, make sure to find a good cheating software like HP lock as it is essential to win like everyone else.

Yeah i’d Perhaps suggest maybe considering building a more

up-to-Date Rig.
