help Rendering problems with all programs

I recently started with editing video's again. I installed premiere pro, because I wanted to give it a try. When I editted it and let it render it used my cpu instead of my gpu. In the media encoder and premiere pro they were set to gpu. On vegas and blender I've got the exact same issue. I don't know why. I didn't change anything after my last time that I rendered a video. Also tried to render some old projects again to see if it's a problem with the project, but also the same issue.

 

Update #1: I got blender working, my gpu wasn't selected in the blender settings. In vegas and premiere/media encoder I still have the problem.

For vegas you select the rendering per project. This also counts for blender. And on both I have selected the gpu. (Vegas > Nvenc, blender > gpu compute)

This is really annoying. I'm rendering a 10 second video now on 60fps in blender and it is on frame 105 after like 20 minutes....

Ok, I got blender working again. But I can't get vegas and premiere working with my gpu. I didn't select my gpu in blender. In vegas and media encoder/premiere the gpu is selected but still not working.

Updating my drivers also didn't help, I don't know what to do. I need help fast.
