Wanting to buy Modem, need recommendations

Hallo! I am looking to replace the IP's modem with one of my own, but I dont entirely know what to look for for a consumer modem. What do you guys recommend with a budget of 50-90 dollars?

I'm an Arris fan https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MA5U1FW/ Don't buy the 6190 due the issues with the Intel PUMA chip.

Firstly do you have DSL (Phone Cable) or Cable Internet (Coax)?

If its Cable and you want cheap the SB6141 is an 8x4 modem and its generally around that lower end of your budget. On the Comcast network it will do up to about 200 Mbps. If you need one that supports faster speeds then you have to look at 16x4 or a 24x8 model. Ive heard the Netgear as some pretty good modems as well.
