Higher ppi vs higher resolution

Which of these will display more details and cleaner picture

I) A 5.5 inch 1080p phone with over 500ppi

2)A 4k TV with ~ 100 ppi

look... I can't tell you for what, how and if it's going to look better.

 

It's litterally personal prefference and the colors, brightness and many more things that should be considered

Basically what I meant was will higher resolution lead to sharper image or sharpness is about pixel density
