Wont even boot into bios

Go to solution Solved by Shmoofle,

i talked with amazon and im going to be getting a new board, im going to mark the post as solved

i built a pc yesterday and after i installed everything (gpu, mem, cpu, cpu cooler and power connections) it turned on once into the bios and i only messed with 2 settings which where the fan speed for my cpu cooler and i overclocked my memory from 2133 to 3000, after i did it i saved and exited and when i tried booting it back up its just stuck in a loop of turning on and off without showing anything on my monitor

here are my specs:

ryzen 5 2600x

corsair tx 550m

gtx 1060 6gb

4gb stick 2133 ddr4

asrock b450 pro4 mobo

ive tried reseating everything except for the cpu and when i plug in a keyboard so i can get it to boot into bios it just doesnt work, the keyboard doesnt even turn on

sry if something like this has already happened and i just havent found the post yet, ive been looking for an answer for a while so i was hoping someone on here could help

i only have one so would it work to turn it on then connect it to the reset header

that will work, and you can also try holding the reset button while it's off.

i've had this problem before, and nothing worked until i held the reset button for 10 seconds maybe?, but i'm not sure if it was turned on or off, so try these things.

i tried doing it while it was on and the gpu fan stopped but the cpu fan kept running, should i do it again and wait longer

also i tried doing it while it was off and nothing happened

won't hurt anything if you wait longer, but if it doesn't work then i'm not sure what's going on
