Yeah you won't need to worry about bottlenecking, then. a 2080Ti would be better for 4k gaming, but if you're not playing full out ultra settings you can play with a 2080. I still recommend the 2080 Ti, despite its crazy price. It's the best card on the market and it would be ideal.

Getti9ng a GTX 2080.. I have a Intel i7 7700K will it bottleneck? And if so what would be a good fit for a LGA 1151 socket..

All good. It'll bottleneck a little at 1080p but once you start getting into higher resolutions that'll disappear. What games and res are you playing?
