RTX 2070 flickering

So today I started to notic strange flickering on the rtx 2070, specifically in nba 2k19. I'm scared that it's my rtx card failing but i hope it's just a driver issue or 2k Games never giving a shit about pc players

This looks more like a cable issue to me than the GPU, check the cables first.

2nd: uninstall all gpu drivers, uninstall msi afterburner (when ur in the step keep profiles, say no). then reinstall all fresh

it's a known issue with gsync (monitor specific) or multiple monitors, restart fixes it in my case, it only shows up once every few days for me. gl.
