Photoshop Glitch

Hey! 

 

Due to back to school preparation I installed my usual software onto my new to me laptop.

Specs are:

i5-4210U

R7 M260

8GB DDR3 RAM

 

One of these programs were Photoshop.

When opening a project I get this....

It is Photoshop CC 2019.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Troubleshooting steps include:

-Restart

-Reinstall of Photoshop

-Scanned system files

-Reinstalled graphic drivers

-Changed settings in Photoshop

-Changed performance settings for Photoshop in Radeon settings to Battery then to Performance etc.

I know. I need to update this. And I will. Eventually.
