Ssd 100% usage

So i just built this new pc 1hr ago and installed windows now i am installing basic softwsres however the pc is being really slow and i noticed the ssd is being used at 100% for a basic task like downloading steam please help how do i fix this here is a pic of task manger also it keeps back and dourth eith avg response time high thousands and back down

Windows updates are likely happening in the background. Open windows update and see if it is running.

You're installing a Corsair tool while Steam is updating. That's going to work the storage drive quite a bit.
