Cooler Orientation, Horizontal or Vertical?

I was just wondering which way would be better in the Aerocool Strike-X Advance with an NZXT Havik 140. I would think that having the Havik horizontal would be more effective as the back of my case will be facing a wall (most cases are) and if it is horizontal than it would aid in expulsion of hot air through the top of the case.
