Hello 

i just got a rx 470D from taobao and i cant find the proper bios for it . ti think it is flashed for mining bios and the clocs show to high in default.

i can really is it in firestreik combined benchmark, and tom clancy wildlands built in benchmark it jump all round gpu usage form 0 to 100% all the time

Perhaps talk to manufacturer of your card and explain that you need a regular bios for it and then see if they can give it to you or flash it onto your card.

1260MHz isnt high by RX 470D standards

 

you can find VBIOS files in techpowerup's vga bios database, try that.
