I just built a new rig and I was overclocking my 2600x but only got to 4.125ghz at 1.39v. Temps seemed ok at a max of 78 degrees on Aida64, but the clock speed and voltage seemed off. I tried getting to 4.15 but no voltage works. Haelp plz I don’t know if I lost the lottery or I’m just stupid.

4.125 is pretty high for Ryzen. They're not amazing overclockers so they won't usually get to 4.2.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Ok, so I shouldn’t try and push it further? I am running aida64 again right now to make sure my current overclock is stable.

if you are using a b450 board, 4.125 is great.
