So I installed a custom loop from alphacool a while ago, and I want to make sure that I plugged everything in where It was supposed to go.

First is the pump, I plugged that into system fan and then pcie in my psu

The CPU block has a bit of light on it and I plugged it into CPU fan.

The fans are connected to a thermal take fan hub and they work great (I took them from my old aio)

I am mostly nervous about the pump because I have no idea if it's plugged where it needs to be. If anybody can help me with this that would be soooo amazing.

Depends on the issue and specific setup of the BIOS. In my case, there is a header for W_Pump that PWM controls the pump speed. The issue here is that not all cases have a low speed warning if/when the pump dies. I am lucky in the fact that i can set my low speed to a certain RPM and still get a warning. I also had to unlock PWM control on that header manually. something about people burning out AIOs...

The CPU header is fine and will meet your needs.

I think i need some clarification. Did you plug the pump into the CPU header? you said something about the block had a bit of light on it and you plugged that into the CPU fan... That ain't gonna work right.
