[Help Required] Connecting DVR to Monitor in separate room

Hello all,

 

I have a DVR with HDMI output, and a monitor in another room that accepts BNC in.

 

I already a BNC cable routed to the monitor from the DVR, as my old DVR had BNC out. However, my new DVR only has HDMI out.

 

How can I get my new DVR to connect to my monitor? I was thinking an adapter such as this (https://bit.ly/2CYlF6l) should work, but I was wondering if anyone else had any other ideas / more experience...?
